MOBILITY
Mks Spider can move up and down on facade and there will be nothing higher than the platform. Mks Spider provides a comfortable work area since you can attach safety belt to the façade which is not attached to the platform. Unless other types of scaffolding, you can easily do your job with safety belt even between floors.
MANAGING RESOURCES EFFECTIVELY
Doing final check of a work with Mks Spider is very easy. Thanks to the platform that can move easily on the vertical Mast, so you can do the final check very quickly. As it takes very long time to assemble and disassemble in other systems, it also costs more to use those sort of systems.
PANEL
PLC screen on the panel helps you to detect and fix problems easily. Besides, with the help of analog watch, you can check maintenance periods. PCL screen will send a signal to the operator when the maintenance time comes.
POWER TRANSFER UNIT:
There are 6 sets of gearwheels in the system. Reductor output torque through two gearwheels keeps the machine running for a longer time. It is also more durable than other gear drives.
BALANCE SYSTEM :
It is the system that keeps itself parallel to the ground plane. There are two switches on it and those switches can automaticatically detect and protect the system without operators. Operator can manually set the system, as well.
MANUAL UNLOADING BRAKE:
It is the system that delivers cage to the ground floor safely if the power goes out. It is placed on the platform.
SAFETY SWITCH SYSTEMS: There are stop switch systems at the top and the bottom of the machine. Safety switch systems will stop the motor in case it does not detect the Mast. There are also switches both on cage doors and on balance bars.
MAST:
While we are producing the Mast, we use 50x50-5mm pipes.
